This Privacy Policy explains how Truss Lead Gen (“Truss Lead Gen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit trussleadgen.com or contact us about our services. By using this site or submitting our form, you agree to the practices described here.
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, company name, email address, phone number, trade, service area, crew size, timeline, and any notes you choose to add. We also record whether you checked the consent box and when.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data when you load a page, including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you viewed. This is used for security and basic traffic measurement.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information — no Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or government ID numbers. Please do not include any of that in the notes field.
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, SMS text message, and email at the number and address you provided, including through automated means, about your inquiry and our services.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request our services without agreeing to receive automated calls or texts — just email us instead.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any message or email us directly. To stop phone calls, tell us on any call or in writing.
Mobile information is never shared for marketing. No mobile information or text messaging consent will be sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only by us and by the service providers that deliver those messages on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not trade or rent it either.
We share information only in these situations:
A note on the leads we generate for clients. When we perform lead generation services, we contact businesses on behalf of a client and pass qualified business contacts to that client. Those contacts are exclusive to that one client — we do not resell the same lead to multiple contractors. If you were contacted by us on behalf of a contractor and want to know who, or want us to stop, email us and we will tell you and remove you.
This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels at this time. Our host may set essential cookies required for the site and its forms to function and to prevent spam. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when one is set. The site will still work if you do.
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal obligation to keep it, we will.

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
