You shouldn’t need a sales call to find out what something costs. Here it is.
No contract to sign before you’ve seen it work.
| Pilot month (month 1) | Ongoing (month 2+) | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $500 flat | $1,000 / month flat |
| Commitment | None — cancel anytime | Month-to-month, 30 days’ notice |
| Guarantee | 3+ verified leads in 30 days, or you don’t pay for month 2 | Ongoing monthly reporting |
| Ad spend | $0 | $0 |
| Setup fee | None | None |
This is designed to be an easy first step: if the pilot doesn’t deliver, you walk away having spent $500 and lost nothing else.
No asterisks, no “that’s a different package.”
The usual way to add pipeline is to hire someone to do it. Here’s what that actually runs.
Salary figures are typical ranges for a commercial trade sales rep and vary by market. The point isn’t the exact number — it’s that one recovered maintenance contract usually covers the year either way, and only one of these options lets you stop paying next month.
A named decision-maker at a commercial property in your service area who has replied, confirmed a real current need for your trade, and agreed to talk to you. That’s it — not a form fill, not a click, not a name on a list.
If someone replies but turns out to have no budget or no authority, we don’t count it and we don’t send it to you.
If we don’t deliver at least 3 verified leads in your first 30 days, you don’t pay for month two. You keep whatever leads did come through, and you can walk away having spent $500 total.
No. The pilot month has no commitment at all. After that it’s month-to-month with 30 days’ notice — enough time for us to wind campaigns down cleanly, and nothing more.
Yes, and this is the part most lead sellers are quiet about. Your leads go to you and nobody else. We also won’t take on a directly competing contractor in your service area while we’re working together — if we’re running HVAC outreach in your market, we’re running it for you.
Research and setup take the first week or so. Outreach starts after that, and first replies typically arrive within the back half of month one. Volume is usually better in month two than month one, because we’ve learned what your market responds to.
Because it’s the honest number. Commercial B2B outreach has real reply rates, and anyone promising you forty qualified commercial leads a month is either counting form fills or selling the same list to your competitors.
Look at it against contract value instead of volume. A single commercial maintenance account is often worth $30,000–250,000 a year. Three or four real conversations a month is a completely different business.
HVAC and fire/life safety are the core, plus plumbing, electrical, roofing, and commercial janitorial. The common thread is recurring commercial maintenance work with real contract value — that’s where this approach pays for itself.
We don’t do residential.
No. Outreach happens under your company name by email and phone, so it works whether or not your website is up to date. If you don’t have anywhere to track leads, we offer CRM setup as a one-time add-on — but it’s not required to start.
Invoiced monthly. The pilot is billed up front; after that you’re billed at the start of each month. No setup fee, no percentage of contracts won, no per-lead charges.
Tell us about your business and we’ll set up a 15-minute call to see if Truss Lead Gen is a fit. No pitch deck, no pressure.
